System Settings

Application Version
This version number will be displayed in the top right corner of the application.
System Code
This code is used to approve absences and access Admin and Attendance Records pages.
Safe IP Addresses
Enter multiple IP addresses separated by commas (e.g., 127.0.0.1, 192.168.1.100).

Class 1 Start Date

Set the Monday of the first teaching week (Class 1). The weekly calendar view will display Class X based on the number of weeks since this date.

No-Class Weeks

Mark weeks where no classes are held (e.g. school holidays). Select the Monday of the week. These weeks will be greyed out in the calendar and skipped in the Class numbering.

Database Management
Backup Database

Create a backup of the current database. The backup will be saved as backup_DD-MM-YY.sql.

Restore Database

Restore the database from a previous backup. This will overwrite the current database.
